More about Max (they/them):
Max is a non-binary, queer, trans person with a mixed Arab and Anglo background. Max has a strong passion for the LGBTQIA+ community, and driving forward change in the lives of trans people in particular. After initiating No Milk In My T for their own top surgery, they went on to release new designs for 2 more No Milk Champions to date - trans members of the community. No Milk In My T is designed to raise awareness, start conversations, bring visibility to the trans community, and provide social and financial support to trans people in need.
Max believes that change happens most organically when we get to meet people with different experiences, and believes wholeheartedly in the power of story telling to enable meaningful connection.
Max completed a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Gender Studies, at University of Sydney with a semester abroad in Berkeley, California. They have been featured for No Milk In My T on FBi and JOY 94.9 radio stations, and with ABC Queer.
